Orders & Production

How are your products made?

All KudryLab products are made to order. Each item is printed and prepared individually after your purchase using professional manufacturing partners.
This on-demand approach helps reduce overproduction and ensures that every product is created specifically for you.


How long does production take?

Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.
Once production is complete, your order is shipped and tracking details are sent via email.


Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location. Typical estimates are:

  • United States: 3–4 business days after shipping
  • International orders: 5–15 business days after shipping

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Where will my order ship from?

We work with international on-demand manufacturing partners with facilities in multiple regions worldwide.
Your order is produced and shipped from the location that allows for the most efficient delivery based on your destination.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations and order value.
These fees are the responsibility of the end recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We strongly recommend providing a phone number at checkout for international orders, as this helps carriers contact you if needed and reduces the risk of delivery issues.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If you have questions about tracking or delivery, contact us at support@kudrylab.com.


My order should have arrived, but it hasn’t. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Confirm your delivery address in the shipping confirmation email
  • Contact your local post office or courier
  • Check with neighbors in case the package was left with them

If the address was correct and the package cannot be located, please email us at support@kudrylab.com with your order number.

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we can resend the order, but the replacement will be at the customer’s expense.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

If this applies, please contact us at support@kudrylab.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, exchanges are not offered.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please consult the sizing chart available on each product page before ordering.

If an item was incorrectly labeled, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue.


Product Information & Care

My garment has a strong smell when it arrived. Is this normal?

Yes. Occasionally, garments may have a temporary printing-related odor when first unpacked.
This smell will disappear after airing out or following the first wash.


I see residue or discoloration on my apparel. Is this a defect?

No. Some products may show temporary residue or off-white marks from the printing process.
These are not stains and will wash out after the first wash cycle.

If marks remain after washing, please contact us with photos before reporting an issue.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
